2018 Spring Flora and Fauna

When: Saturday, April 21, 9 – 12pm

Where: Meet at the Duke Forest Maintenance Shop at 8:50am OR meet inside Gate 26 at the Y-intersection at 9am (click here for shop; click here for Gate 26) – just let us know where we’ll meet you when you sign-up below.

What: Join us to search for birds, butterflies, plants, and more!  This year, we will again benefit from the terrific naturalist skills of our own Dr. Nicki Cagle, Lecturer in the Nicholas School’s Environmental Sciences and Policy Division.  Meet at the Duke Forest Maintenance Shop promptly at 8:50 AM or inside Gate 26 off of Whitfield Road (note that parking along road is limited).  Bring comfortable walking shoes, water, and binoculars if you wish.  Hope to see you soon!

Registration required; tour capped at 24 participants.
