DESCRIPTION:\nSecond Nature Tours | Duke Forest and Nasher Museum of Art at
  Duke University\n&nbsp\;\n\nJoin the Duke Forest and the Nasher Museum of
  Art for a special tour series in honor of the Nasher’s upcoming exhibit
  Second Nature: Photography in the Age of the Anthropocene (open now throu
 gh January 5\, 2025). Explore visual expressions of the Anthropocene — t
 he geological epoch in which human activity has had a marked impact on the
  global climate — through the exhibit’s contemporary photography and a
 pply the concept to our local context during a visit to the Duke Forest.\n
 \nSpace is limited\, and we hope to engage a mix of audiences associated w
 ith the Duke Forest and the Nasher Museum of Art. The first 10 slots for e
 ach tour will be first-come\, first-served\, and the remaining slots will 
 be filled from a waitlist. We ask interested participants to register for 
 only one tour in the series. Thank you for your understanding.\n\n&nbsp\;\
 n\nSaturday\, September 21 from 10am-1pm\nExploring Second Nature starting
  at the Nasher Museum of Art and ending in the Duke Forest. Limited to 30 
 participants. Optional: Participants are welcome to book a reservation at 
 the Nasher Café for after the tour.\n\nSaturday\, October 5 from 10am-12p
 m\nExploring Second Nature in the Duke Forest\, with participants invited 
 to visit the Nasher Museum’s exhibit independently\, on their own. Limit
 ed to 40 participants.\n\n&nbsp\;\nRegister here.\nThe registration form i
